Description: Homura Uchiha created this jutsu as a way to “cheat” the complicated process of adding chakra nature to the Rasengan. The technique starts by Homura creating a regular Rasengan. She then spews fire into it, turning the Rasengan red and having it surrounded by a ring of dark orange flames. When she hits the opponent, she launches them far away so that it may burst on the target and cover them in enough flames to reduce them to ash.
Effects: Blunt damage, depending on the user’s endurance. Burn damage, depending on the user’s endurance.
Requirements: Rasengan, Fire Element. Learn from Homura Uchiha.

Black would be like Amaterasu.
