Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a dōjutsu possessed by the most powerful Hyuga. It is characterized by blue pupils and irides which contain a white, floral pattern. It is possible to manifest the Tenseigan by harnessing the lifeforce of other shinobi. Specifically the Uzumaki clan. There is more to it than this however- as the Uzumaki are unrivaled in their use of Fuinjutsu and seals, this is what is essential to unlocking the potential within the Byakugan to evolve. This process cannot be accomplished from an outside force, nor can it be forcefully awakened by any other mean. The growth must come from within, through the cultivation of an Uzumaki heart transplant into the Hyuga. The process becomes complete once the heart has been transplanted and the Hyuga levels up 10 additional levels. Alternatively, Tenseigan will automatically awaken if the Hyuga is above level 90 and already possesses an Uzumaki heart.

The Tenseigan allows the user to control attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user is able to enter Tenseigan Chakra Mode, which grants the user enhanced physical capabilities, the ability to fly, as well as a number of Truth-Seeking Balls, comprised of all five nature transformations and Yin–Yang Release. By infusing the balls with Tenseigan chakra, it is possible to utilize additional powerful techniques.
Effects:  Once activated, the Teneigan increases the user's chakra stat by 50%, but does not replenish chakra already lost before the transformation. Speed & Strength increased by 20% of the user's chakra stat.
