Description: The jutsu creates transparent, but visible, small footholds in mid air. The jutsu caster controls the creation and is able to create one barrier foothold to stand on at a time. He can in the air by creating the next foothold and removing the previous one almost simultaneously and moving between the two.

The barrier footholds, or physical chakra based platforms, are only meant to act as a place to stand on. They cannot be controlled like telekineses. And they cannot be used as weapons or for defense (not by this jutsu anyways).  

Effects: None. How many steps can be made in a post? What is the size of these steps?
Requirements: Barrier Ninjtus as Specialization

1. Jutsu stats Range, Power & Speed- need a percentage total to 100% collectively. Such as 50% Range, 20% Power & 30% Speed(50+20=70+30=100%)

1. This technique falls under the jurisdiction of "constructs" As such, it would fall under the range in Meters above- though E Rank in nature, I will allow for 0-1Meter & a maximum of 1 per jutsu use. Range for contruct types determine the maximum distance they can travel or be created, while the above Meter range explains the size of various ranked techniques.
   
2. Such as a D Rank jutsu with constructs the size of 1M, may create 5 total per jutsu. Because 0-5Meters means the size and amount totals to the maximum allowed for D Rank.

These constructs have physical existing, therefore they can be used to stand-on, in mid-air. Or as walls to crush, push, defend against, and other similar use-cases.

Effects: 5 total constructs per jutsu. Each construct is square-like in shape with an area of 9 sq-feet (3 ft. H x 3 ft. L) and a width of 6 inches.  This area is correct, it determines the size and amount of constructs created.
