Melissa Noburu is a 5"8 brown-haired beauty, she's slender, she takes care of herself. She has beautiful white skin with almost no imperfections but she is not "gorgeous" by any means. In fact, her looks can be classed as somewhat bland. She has big beautiful brown eyes that sparkle in the sunlight. Her hair is soft, gentle and shiny, perhaps a bit too much time and care were spent shampooing it. She generally keeps two multicolor bows within her hair that separates it.

In terms of her attire, when not bearing her shinobi gear, she generally likes dresses, something white and frilly. She loves dresses and coats. Her favorite being a red jacket with a peach scarf. In terms of work, she doesn't really have a full-on shinobi outfit, generally choosing a blue top with brown shorts.

She doesn't tend to slump when she stands, though she does seem to have a nervous posture, her hands generally clasp together, when she's waiting or standing around, she struggles to look people in the eye when having a serious conversation so she tends to have her head slightly lower than most.

Personality:

Melissa Noburu is a kind-hearted woman who really doesn't have the heart of a shinobi down yet, This is probably why she has not graduated from the Genin level. She doesn't really want to kill and hasn't really been that great of a ninja. She loves being around people and just generally having a good time. She's bashful and speaks her mind in a way that sometimes she shouldn't, secret-keeping is also not her forte, though not like big secrets per say, shes a good shinobi and for some odd reason has the ability to stand up to torture or keeping in information that could cause mass damage or destruction, but keeping small secrets or tidbits such as "Whose got a crush on who?" well....that's a whole different kettle of fish. When she does admit or say a bit of this she can become rather flustered.

She apologizes for a lot, more than the average person. Probably due to the fact that at the age of eighteen shes still a genin. This is a sore subject for her given that her fellow teammates have all progressed to the chuunin and jounin levels while she has remained a genin, team after team moved on while she was left behind and this has caused her to stop getting close to those on her team because they just leave her, she tries her best and can become frustrated, a small anger builds up these days and she just bursts out in rage or breaks down in tears. She tries to be a strong independent woman but, her confidence is waining.

Though she tries to not get involved in the teammates she has after always being left behind, she can't help but become a mediator if there is in fighting. She knows they will leave her, she knows she will be left alone and that she will be partnered with some new kids while she herself remains a genin for what seems like life. She has no resolve right now and she needs to pick herself up.


History:

Melissa was born into the Noburo clan, within Chozogakure, this subclass of senju are all looked upon as "precious" in a way, their ability to create plants and life in this environment is one of the greatest abilities of their clan. Melissa was born, but not raised within her clan properly. When she was born she was given up by her parents, she wasn't wanted. She was born with low chakra levels and her mum and dad were respected and strong, they valued power over all and they could not have their blood line tarnished. She was adopted through by a beautiful couple, two men, two fathers who taught her to love herself. She was raised with respect and of course with the shinobi way. She was never bullied for having gay dads, but when in the academy she, she would never admit this but she just wanted to know her real parents, she would get her wish when a boy was dropped off at the academy a year younger than herself, a boy who looked like her, dropped off by her mother and father, she was the spitting image of her mother, you had to be stupid to not realise they were related, yet they looked at her, and they looked through her.

While she grew up, she watched them from the outside, she passed the academy exam first time, her use of chakra and control was noted to be exceptional while her "brother" wasted to much chakra but had a vast reserve. Becoming a genin she was placed in a team with another male called Guro and a female called Ichi, the trio became best friends and they really did well together, though she started with low chakra reserves, they were growing steadily and her control certainly helped this. On basic missions, such as mining and gathering they did well, but on missions that...were harder, bandit fights, taking on real life people, she faltered each and every time. Her group passed over growing to chuunin THREE TIMES before, Guro and Ichi eventually had to do for themselves what was right and go on without her. She went through team after team, THREE DIFFERENT TEACHERS and still she could not fight properly, she couldn't do things that the others seemed to do. Against three different genin teams, time after time, and now it was that time again to have the fourth team, to be paired with kids who would laugh at the older genin, she was a joke and she now believed her birth parents were right. She needed to prove herself.

During this time, she became the laughing stock of the village, the 18-year-old genin who was useless, she grew up with her parents, who loved her, she grew up looking after herself, her hair, but she needed to focus on being something else, being the shinobi she needed to be. Her dads, they pushed her to just be herself, but she needed to be pushed to be better, So she did something stupid, she found her brother, her brother who didn't know her, who didnt know of her life or of being related and in one stupid fit of rage, she attacked, never before had she wounded another human out of training, never before had she drew blood for no other reason than wanting too. A genin, 18 years old against a chuunin of 17 years old. I'd like to she won, that in that bought of rage she unlocked such power that her brother was annihilated, but no, she was beaten fiercely. Every aspect of her brothers power and abilities far outweighed hers, Yet she noticed in that bought, he tired so much quicker than she did. That's when she realized, She had something better than he did, control. While laying in the hospital, and being questioned for attacking a shinobi of the village, she managed to get out of it because he felt "Sorry" for the weak genin who had her head filled with delusion. Now she needs to put her mind to it. She will not be left behind again!
