The younger sibling may be on death's row, but their older sibling doesnt want your village to torture them before they divulge the village's secrets and disgrace their family ani further. This S rank old sibling is coming specifically for you. Intelligence has gathered as much information and wishes to reduce as much collateral damage to the village as possible. Your assignment is to go outside the village, into the forest, cave or whatever and deal with this S Rank shinobi without allowing them to harm the village or retake their younger sibling.
