Description: The user kneads chakra into their body and spews it out as fire. This fire is so hot that the color it burns is white. The true danger of this technique is its extreme heat and precise shape, which forms it into a beam that can pierce or cut through whatever the user wishes. The heat is said to be so powerful that it can even cut through water, precipitating whatever liquid it meets and continuing onward on its path of destruction.
Effects: Piercing/Cutting effect depending on the target’s endurance. Ignores 20% of a water technique’s power if there is a clash. This jutsu can have piercing effect, but I can't allow it to ignore the elemental advantage/disadvantages. Disadvantages elements lose 30% of their power. I can however allow you to reduce the damage reduction by 10% due to the shape & piercing effect. So instead of 30%, this jutsu would only lose 20% power.
