Description: The user creates an electrical field of chakra by giving their chakra the properties of electricity. When the target is struck, electricity pours into their nervous system and rearranges their body's signals. Normally, the brain would send signals to the body to control how it moves, but when under the influence of the technique, these signals will produce a random movement. When used against most opponents they will not be able to do something as simple as walking, let alone fight.
