Description: This technique uses basic knowledge of the water release, but not the requirement of water release. As this is merely a Genjutsu, no water is actually required. Once the Genjutsu is performed and the sense trigger is activated, the target sees the user release an enormous stream of water from their mouth and fill the immediate area with water. The target will be swallowed by the waves and pushed to the deepest depths where the crushing water weight seems to prevent them from surfacing. Although no water is really used, the mind is believed to be drowning and subconsciously "forgets" to breathe, forcing the target to pass out and remain unconscious for a short period of time.
Effects: Target believes they are drowning in water and fall unconscious. The amount of time necessary to pass out depends on the target's Endurance stat.
