Exam failures- Alternate Rank-up

First of all. Thanks to everyone who participated in the first round of Chuunin/Jounin exams. Second, for thoe of you who failed but survived the exam. Below is a mission. This mission is an alternative method for ranking up to Chuunin or Jounin respectively. 
You will not grade yourself. Staff will act as the elders grading your mission.

Description: Though you failed the exam. Your kage has taken note of your determination to survive. They have given you a second opportunity to surpass the village's rank limitations and give you a higher rank, along with more responsibilities. You have been summoned to a council in your village, inside the training grounds. When you arrive, there will be a table with three prominent elders from different clans seated at the table. Each of them will individually grade you by various talents. Like intellect, observation, skill, physical prowess, etc. You will be pitted against another shinobi, one rank higher than yours.(Refer to the NPC guide to determine stats). You must defeat them in a manner showing your talent and prove you are worthy of a higher village rank. Each of the three elders will give you a score from 1 through 10. You must score a minimum of 20 or better to pass.
