Appearance: Seiko is tall having just gone through a growth spurt, however they still lack muscle and are slim. With blue eyes, and a normally soft expression Seikos neutral resting face is a casual smile. Aqua and teal coloured waist length hair is gathered into a loose ponytail. Outfit wise Seiko shows very little skin with long sleeved shirts and pants, a common item is the blue puffy coat which protects against the cold.

Personality: Seiko is an affable young shinobi, approachable and kind they're honest to those they meet yet arent blunt and will try to avoid hurting others with what they say. Overall most others would say that Seiko is one of the reliable and kind young members of the village who supports and cares for others. Outwardly cheerful and making an active attempt to be positive in life Seiko counterbalances many of the angsty emotional teenage girls. Sometimes the outwards cheerfulness can slide a little too far though, this is followed by a sickly sweet bitter sarcasticness, which at times may be indistinguishable from their normal kind self.

Relatively fearless, they are more than happy to jump into a situation regardless if it seems like it'd be interesting. However they aren't interested in being heroic or showing off to their peers. If there was a group project Seiko would be one of the people whose name was at the end of the credits but did the most work. Non-rebellious by themself, Seiko isn't highly interested in breaking the rules, standing out or showing off. Although a strong flaw of theirs is being a bit of a sheep, if a leader within a group arises they will follow the horde. In a similar way with any new fashion or other popular trends arise Seiko will be one of the ones to jump on the bandwagon.

History: Seiko as a baby was introduced and became a host to a family of Darwins Bark Spiders. Over the years they have made Seiko their home and aided the young shinobi with their webs, which are known to be extremely tough. At home in the families life there was a sense of closeness without much needing to be said. Seiko was the most talkative in the family, yet was never looked down upon for acting that way. Living in the household with parents, two sisters and grandparents meant that Seiko is used to switching between casual speech and a very polite and formal manner of speaking. That being said there were no family outings or gatherings in public, growing up isolated didn't leave Seiko feeling bullied or forgotten but instead sparked them to want to interact and communicate with others more.
