Description: Turns out the guy in the cloak was actually a bodyguard, and he has some legit skill. Watch out for his over sized slab of iron, what he likes to call a sword, and try to incapacitate him. Based on the armor he's wearing, there's no way you're going to kill him so try to just take his client instead while also incapacitating him.
