Appearance:(Rei is a young man of a slender but muscular figure. From a quick glance, one might assume his physique was from working out or maybe his bloodline... A bit of both in truth. His skin is that of a seasoned pale- not sickly so, but more so of a silverish hue. Or maybe it is just his silver hair with his light skin that gives off such a surreal appearance.

His eyes are a pale blue, although not many alive can say that they have actually seen the color of his eyes. He smiles in such a peculiar manner that it could be mistaken as a mask. His face remains so vague that judging a reaction from him is nearly impossible. His eyes seem to remain at a tight squint, not revealing his eye color or even in which direction his eyes may be wandering.
His hair is that of a rich silver color, relatively short and trimmed to his ears. His hair has a smooth and silky texture, easily figured out just by looking at his hair. The rest of his physique is a mystery. He tends to wear obscuring clothes to hide his movements and prevent others from reading his body language.) Typically he wears a soft white hakama with long but very wide sleeves. The collar of the hakama extends further than naturally by a few inches, hiding his neck from view from those behind him.

Personality:(Rei is a fickle creature and few indeed understand him enough to know what pleases or displeases him. He can be rather quietly, his presence doesnt seem to garner much attention from those around him and he is content to allowing others to believe themselves better or stronger than he is.
He is a clever man, sly and mischievous. Very distrustful and is always calculating possible outcomes to various situations. When people speak to him, he doesn't take their words at face value, but tries to understand the reason for their words by analyzing the timing of their words, with their voice tone, body language and related facts. If someone cheats him or angers him, he finds ways to pay them back one hundred times over.

Despite how cold, quiet and distrustful he may be, he is actually a kind man. Granted kindness, is sometimes the most hurtful or ugly. He has a soft spot for children and sometimes finds himself going out of his way to make a child happy. He has no family, so he cherishes close bonds.)
History:(Unlike most from Johogakure, Rei was not originally from the village. Instead, he was a child of the One Year War. Literally, he was born on the battlefield. His mother and father belonged to the Kaguya clan, a proud bloodlust warrior clan who preferred the battlefield to peaceful days. His mother was notorious for her cruelty and violence on and off the battlefield. It is said that Rei's father was a kind soul, whom belonged to his possessive wife for the sole purpose of birthing a child with superior genes. True to her desire, Rei was born during the bloodiest war between the villages.

Being born on the battlefield was viewed as being cursed, yet baby Rei only ever smiled. Even at birth, he didn't cry. His mother continued to fight in the war, holding him in one hand and slaughtering foes with her other. By the time the battle had ended, she and baby Rei were both covered in blood. She gave him his name and then handed him to her husband. Between birth and injuries sustained during the battle, she died only then after the battle was seen through and her child was safe.

She would be remembered by the village of Chozogakure, as silver fox, during that war. She had always enjoyed war, but having her son born on such a special occasion had filled her with such happiness and madness that even her own husband feared her. Rei's father raised him after his mother's death, until his father too passed away from a weak heart. With no parents or relatives, the young boy was forced to learn to survive on the streets and eventually found his way to Port Obsidian. A place of lawlessness- a bay of ships and pirates alike where he could get away with whatever crimes he had to do to survive. If was only after spending ten years here, that he returned to Johogakure and enlisted as a shinobi.
