The Dogs Must Walk [Solo - The Death of RP]

”Knock knock!”

Kioshi’s fist gently troubled the door once more. There was no sound from the other side. No response. As if, nobody was home. The mission scroll did say they were old people. But how old were they really?

For a moment, he couldn’t help but think:

”Did they die?!”

But he couldn’t be happier to find out that he was wrong when he heard the sound of someone struggling to walk. It took them a good five minutes to get to the door. The door slowly creaked open and an old man appeared. As the old man struggled to see who knocked at their door, he would notice another old man standing in front of him.

This was actually Kioshi, using transformation jutsu. Why you ask? Because he just wanted some harmless fun.

”Woah, you’re a genin? How old are you?”

”When I started knocking this door, I was 12 years old. But now… it’s been 75 years”

”Tch.. hilarious”

Angrily replied the old man. His response made Kioshi release the transformation jutsu and reveal his true, young form. The old man didn’t say much after that. He realized that the young man was impatient. So he whistled to his dogs who came running and went right by Kioshi. He smirked at Kioshi.

”Better not lose them”

Kioshi didn’t wait for that. He ran off after them. The rest of the day was an entire day of Kioshi running after two oversized canines around the village. By the time, he finally caught up to them and subdued them, he was sweaty, tired, and out of breath but at least the dogs had their fun. They got to run around the place.

So Kioshi brought back two very happy dogs. Although, he was totally beat after that mission. The old guy pointed and laughed at Kioshi’s state.

To be fair, Kioshi started it. Nevertheless, the dogs had been walked and his work here was done.
