Description: The user, upon placing and then activating the seal, binds the target from moving. This appears as black chains appearing to be tattooed on the targets body will spread to all their extremities. For as long as the power of this jutsu exceeds the strength of the one it is holding, they are unable to move. 
Effects: Paralyzes its target for as long as the user can supply chakra.
