Description: While in the zone of the Room technique, user covers their hands with a powerful and thick layer of space time chakra. Anything the user touches either with their hands or feet sticks to the next thing the it touches. If the user strikes an opponent’s hand and they touch their other hand to preform hand signs they will be stuck on the first sign and unable to perform the next ability. With and expenditure of an additional 25 CP the user can manipulate the space in inside the room between the target and something else to have them stick to something else within the zone as well. If the persons strength stat is higher than the jutsu power of this technique they will be able to be freed. The target is also capable of freeing themselves if they use taijutsu technique whose jutsu power is stronger then the power of this technique.
Effects: The user attaches a blob of chakra onto a target capable of causing the space within the chakra to become incredibly sticky and attack to surfaces.
