Calling on Tears Technique

Name: Namida Sanjō no Jutsu (Calling on Tears Technique)

Description: A jutsu that involves harnessing chakra through the skillful manipulation of the vocal cords, weaponizing the user’s cries, wails, and screams. This technique, although limited in power, is a tool that is capable of harnessing the frequencies to disorient the foe by doing damage directly to their ears and subduing them if they are weak. As a result, the area is affected by this sound-based technique as it is capable of also shattering glass and setting off explosive tags that may be pressure sensitive or chakra sensitive (which is the case for them usually). The user’s cries are, however, strong to the point that without proper concentration, it affects everyone in the immediate area of range making it dangerous for friend or foe who do not have their ears covered or sealed with some type of plug which nullifies the intensity and makes it bearable as if one is hearing an ordinary scream.
When concentrated, the screams are no longer just crippling and painful to the ears, but can actually be a blast to do physical harm. As a result, the user has to focus precision and force with their mouth in order to make the blasts affect the opponent. As a result, the blast is linear instead of radial in area in whom it will damage to, and then there is added force from the concentration that will do harm. However, as a result, the concentrated blast cuts the speed by fourth of the usual power (-15%) making it harder to do in succession since chakra has to be molded skillfully.
Either way, the utilization of this jutsu can make it powerful in battle to subdue foes and make them completely harmless due to them trying to bare the intensity of the sounds. Not only that, but the user can pin foes by continuously emitting the sound blasts by emitting chakra. However, it can be very difficult due to it being dependant on how long the user can emit the screech, cry, or wail (usually involves voice training and growth over time).
Effects: Creates various sound blasts by molding chakra in the throat after making hand seals.
