Description: The Earth Moving Core taken to the next stage of movement by shifting the terrain horizontally. With this jutsu, the user is able to completely control the field with conjunction of Moving Earth Core. Through manipulation of Earth Moving Core, the user is able to take advantage of the rises and falls within the terrain, and shift it in a manipulative way that causes one piece of risen or fallen land to be occupied in another. In short, the user is able to move blocks of perfect terrain on top of one another. Although the parent technique, the Earth Moving Core, would not obstruct or destroy the terrain, this does not work in a similar fashion of Earth Shifting Core. The technique shaves the remnants of the top soil, mowing them down, making perfect square blocks and closing space leaving no cravat as if the land was natural. This makes it so that the blocks of terrain would perfectly fit in place and possibly crush anything that would be trapped within cravats and spaces created by Earth Moving Core that is weaker than the juggernaut-like movement.  Another application of the technique is to move plate-like movements of terrain pieces. In such a way, the user can mend the terrain perfectly over large gaps by shifting thin square pieces of the terrain, covering up open spaces using some of the top soil instead of using a complete block. This came cause the user to cover up or hide items between a thin layer of soil and sediment with a pocket, or even uncover certain objects by treating the terrain like a giant puzzle box.

1. 5-70% is unacceptable, as it requires a solid number to base its maximum range per use.
   
2. "Speed: 100%- Range+Power)" Is unacceptable. The speed of the jutsu are determined by the stat percentage placed into the speed stat of the jutsu. This comes directly from a character's chakra stat.
