The one's society has deemed unworthy of acknowledgment. Lurking from the dark alleyways, the sewers more and more of them are coming out. Wanting to make a stand for their rightful place.

Rebellion: New Dawn is a character-driven world. Though there will be huge site-wide events, most of the plots of the world surround the characters you make. This takes place in New York, as people start developing mutations from a radioactive meteor that has crash-landed about five years ago. Though was that just the beginning of these mutations?
