These fireballs will home in on their targets within range, fading into their bodies before exploding and causing damage. These fireballs may be controlled by the user up until they either fizzle and fade or explode.
Effects: Causes fire damage and knock backs opponents.

This is a very advanced technique that features so many elements that make it hard for it to be a basic D-rank. We can revisit this technique again when you can use higher rank Ninjutsu, like B-rank and above.

If you want to keep this as a D-rank, though, I would recommend changing this into a regular fireball that you can fire from a finger. Get rid of the homing too, that's also too advanced for a D-rank.
