Description: The Volcanic Ash Typhlosis is a Lava Release technique utilized by the user to create a cone-shaped burst of still burning volcanic ash. After performing the handsigns the user closes one hand and flings it out in the direction they wish as if throwing a fistful or sand. The result is a fast-moving, blindingly hot, cone of the volcanic ash that can scald and blind those it hits. If you're tossing it then it's treated as a projectile weapon. The speed of it will be the user's strength + speed/2.
Effects: Place Blindness as an effect right here. Blindness should only last for two posts. Also, state that it gives burn damage depending on the target's endurance in this space.
