Effects: Used to attack an opponent with wind, or to supplement attacks with ranged weapons.
Requirements: Ninjutsu [C], Wind Release, If used with Thrown Weapons [Shurikenjutsu (C)]

When used in conjuction with kunai or shuriken, the user needs to have Shurikenjutsu as a C Rank as well
