Description: After performing the necessary hand-signs, a percent of the area around the user will suddenly become very windy. On its own, this technique is harmless. However, if there is a fire technique used, the user can send the wind after the fire to greatly increase the size and the power of the technique.
Effects: Adds 20% Range and 80% Power to any fire technique.  Like the other technique I graded, due to elemental dvantage. Your wind techniques can increase the power of fire techniques by 30%. Only collaboration techniques may combine jutsu stats together.
