It was disgusting, how someone was willing to desecrate the village like this. Tsubasa was a patriotic soul, very devoted to the village which she called home, so to witness something like this... It was unforgivable. Well, perhaps 'unforgivable' was a bit drastic. All this was, was some petty vandalism. But it was also a bit disturbing when the Johokage's face was plastered everywhere with strange expressions.
Tsubasa scraped at the stone wall with a metallic paint scraper, the red paint slowly peeling off and landing on the ground with every stroke. This was the seventh and final building that had been vandalized. Seven whole buildings. Could you believe that? Who in their right mind had it in them to desecrate seven buildings like this, all containing very vulgar depictions of the village's higher ups. The things she had seen this day could never be unseen, no matter how much she wished she could scrape them away like this wall.

It was nearing sunset now. The orange sky mingled with the remainder of the day's clear blue color, creating a strange painting of its own. The Uchiha let out a sigh, pausing to swipe some sweat from her brow. Of course, when people did this it was up to the rest of them to clean up their mess. She swore, if she ever found the person who did this she would-
The sound of a spray can intruded her mind. Curious dark eyes gazed over to her left, where a small, darkly clothed masked figure was busy spraying some more red paint onto the freshly redone wall. Tsubasa watched for a few seconds, as if she couldn't believe that the culprit was ignoring her and going about their business. But, a few seconds was all the person needed to be done their scheme. They stood back, as if examining their work. Tsubasa looked up to, seeing a crude drawn picture of herself on fire.
She threw down the scraper in rage, hair turning bright red in anger. "HEY WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA!? YOU GOT A DEATH WISH OR SOMETHING?" She grabbed their shirt, tugging them towards her. The person was silent behind their bear mask, only giving her the peace sign with their two fingers before vanishing in a puff of smoke. Tsubasa coughed, swiping away the smoke. She looked around for the person, only to see nothing. That was, until she looked on the ground. All they had left, was the near mask. The Uchiha bent down, picking up the bear mask and examining it over.

Just, who was that guy?
... Whatever. She at least had something to report to the Johokage with.
