Description: A Genin shinobi of your village has requested a sparring partner. Either engage in simple taijutsu with them, or try to beat them at the use of some jutsu. Give some pointers if necessary or create a healthy rivalry!

After her little escapades during a mission that had her teaching a bunch of Academy Students, Tenri doubted they'd let her let back to teach the students again. While they had grasped the techniques she'd taught them thanks to her teaching methods, it was what followed that had caused a bit of an uproar for the young Terumi. How was she to know that the kids would throw shuriken at their teacher screaming Body Replacement Jutsu! After she left. It's not like she was psychic. Despite those unfortunate events Tenri was granted a mission to redeem herself. This time around she'd be sparing with a fellow D-Rank who required the assistance of a training partner to test their current skill level. Whatever methods she used this time around mattered very little as this wasn't some young adolescent child who didn't know better.

Tenri had arrived at the training grounds early to scout the terrain, it was a simple flat field of grass with plenty of room for whatever the day had to offer. Her opponent, the one who had requested this mission was officially running late, something Tenri highly valued was punctuality and the fact that they were late irritated Tenri to her core. If they weren't going to take this or her seriously what was the point her even showing up, this was for them after all. Unfortunately, she had no choice but to wait, she preferred that her slate remain clean of failed missions, especially this early into her career as a Kunoichi.


The sound of heavy footsteps would reach Tenris ears as a male figure approached her, a suit of fine fabric adorned his body and a pair of dark sunglasses caressed his face snugly. On the front pocket of his jacket sat the Uchiha clan's emblem and with his dark hair and obnoxious demeanor it hadn't taken the Terumi long to realize her opponent. Karumi Uchiha. Tenri had heard all about Homura's dimwit cousin from her friends days of venting, apparently Karumi while a strong fighter, lacked Homura's more humble qualities. He believed he was God's gift to the earth. Ugh.

With her fiercest glare Tenri would approach her opponent like a Lioness on the hunt "Is there any particular reason you kept me waiting an hour Karumi or did your manicure just happen run late" with as much animosity she could muster Tenri half cough half spat her words at Karumi. With the most unapologetic shrug she had ever seen Karumi removed the sunglasses from his face "if you MUST know they messed up my pedicure so I deemed it necessary for them to make amends. I got my eyebrows thinned as well.. why? was there something.. more important for me to be doing" the young Uchiha would retort, a hint of sarcasm to his tone. It took everything she had not to throttle the boy there and then but she had to maintain her composure, she was currently on a mission and there was no way in hell she was getting failed simply because of some idiot.

With a flick of his wrist Karumi would ditch his sunglasses as he eyed up the young blonde "Can we get this over with, I have better things to do than to be here with a.. peasan-" before he could finish his sentence Tenris foot would hit Karumi in the chest sending him sprawling in a heap on the ground, a huff of breath escaping his lips. "Assume the stance" was all the warning Tenri gave him as she readied herself for their spar, oh she would give him pointers all right and knock some sense into that thick skull of his while she was at.

Like a cornered gazelle Karumi hurriedly got to his feet, a haze of red across his face from his loss of breath and his suit now covered in grass marks and mud patches. With a satisfied smirk Tenri would taunt Karumi with her movement's adjusting her weight between her left foot and right for like a monkey dancing for bananas. Enraged by this simple taunt Karumi went in for the attack, his fist aimed for her face with as much force as he could gather. In a graceful dodge Tenri maneuvered her left arm to repel Karumis punch while her right fist went for his left eye. Just before it reached its mark turned halter her punch "Tip #1 never allow anger to get the better of you". Uncurling her index finger the Terumi would lightly poke the Uchiha in the eye before retreating a few steps.

"Why you little ! I'm going to teach you not to mess with Karumi Uchiha" the wound up Uchiha would yell as he eagerly went in for the attack once more. This time Karumi changed tactics coming in for a roundhouse kick aimed directly at Tenris midsection. With a bend to her knees Tenri distributed all her weight evenly between her footing and awaited the approaching kick. Catching the leg of her opponent as it came round Tenri slid a few feet but still remained upright and unscathed. After focusing chakra to the soles of her feet Tenri allowed herself to be pushed back slightly. Making use of the Water Walking Technique to maintain her balance and additionally allowing her upper body strength and core to catch the brunt of the force, the young Terumi was able to catch the leg of her opponent. With his legs latched between her firm grip Tenri would aim a punch right for Karumis unprotected groin but like before she'd halt just before she met her target "Tip #2 There is no such thing as dirty fighting" she'd say sending a slight slap to his groin.

Like before Tenri would release Karumi before retreating a few steps as she waited for him to fight through the tiny pain in his groin. "Final lesson Karumi and the most important" in a swift motion Tenri closed the gap between herself and Karumi and with a simple twist of his arm she had him face first in the dirt in a simple arm lock. With a yelp Karumi struggled to break free "Tip #3 Karumi. Never disrespect or piss off a woman or she'll turn around and make you her bitc" she'd whisper into the ear of her opponent with as much smugness as she could.

After promising to be more respectful Karumi agreed to meet up again for another sparring session at a later date. Sure he got his a butt kicked but did still want to learn and Tenri was more than happy to oblige. Besides, now she had a hilarious story to tell Homura later. Another mission successfully completed Tenri would walk home with Karumi to the Uchiha compound, Homura was likely waiting for her so they could go visit their kitten.
