Description: Scissors is a mid ranged attack, and has the second highest power out of user's three Jajanken attacks. The user uses his Jyuken to disperse chakra around his hand as he twists circles in his hand to charge the move. The move appears as a red aura around his hand. He chanting as he readies the attack, he delivers the attack by sticking out an index and middle fingers, this creates a blade of chakra giving Makoto some range on his attack. Although this move comes from Jajanken: Rock it differs due to the fact that it can literally cut through the toughest of substances. This is almost like a blade extension of the user's arm.
Effects: On contact, the Jajanken : Scissors can cut through almost anything. The blade can also be swung at people in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries ex. limbs.
Requirements: Must be learned or taught through Makoto, Jyuken, A Ranked Taijutsu
