Description: Paper is a mid ranged attack, and has the lowest highest power out of user's three Jajanken attacks. The user uses his Jyuken to disperse chakra around his hand as he twists circles in his hand to charge the move. The move appears as a red aura around his hand. He chanting as he readies the attack, he fires the attack by sticking his palm out to fire it off, this technique gives the user max range of all the Jajanken techniques while it lands at the weakest by a long shot.
Effects: Depends on the target's endurance. Burning effect.
