Description:  A Cursed seal created and applied by Shizune Hatake. This curse pulls from the original Curse Mark she learned and improves upon it using what she managed to learn from her own Owl Summons. It has Two Stages much like the original marks. The mark itself appears as an Owl with its wings spread upwards as if in flight. When the first level of the curse is activated, the feathers from the wings will spread all around the users body as three parallel lines. Until they become accustomed to it, use of the cursed seal will cause the applicant intense physical pain, though they may be able to briefly ignore this. While active, the cursed seal feeds off their chakra and stored senjutsu chakra. This increasing their chakra levels and makes their jutsu stronger. Resources of jutsu during Cursed Seals are 50%Chakra & 50% Senjutsu Chakra. The seal itself contains the original owner's chakra, granting the one who gave them the seal- a form of immortality, in that  their consciousness is slumbering inside the cursed target. A specific technique may draw out the user's chakra and resurrect them only if they have previously died.

Recipients initially only have access to the cursed seal's first level (状態1, Jōtai Ichi, Literally meaning: State 1). When active, the seal's design spreads across their body from its point of application, glowing and replicating as its coverage grows. The degree to which this occurs is up to the user, and the degree to which it spreads is proportionate to the overall effect it has. This stage is the stage which increases their chakra and chakra potency. In order to advance their cursed seal stage, the user must pay the required chakra cost.

The second stage of this curse appears differently than the others, granting the user keen eyesight, like an owl. Their eyesight covering 360 degrees, though they are unable to see through things, or see chakra, or even to see beyond the normal scope of their vision. They also sprout feathery wings from their back that allow for flight up to their normal speed. 50% of the power of this jutsu is added to their Strength Stat and 50% of the power is added to their Speed Stat for the duration of this jutsu.

As an added effect, Shizune implanted a part of her consciousness and soul into the technique, allowing her to mentally communicate with anyone she marks, and even influence them through suggestion. Though, if they can fight off this influence either through a seal of equal rank, or a burst of chakra of half the total power of this jutsu.
Effects:  Grants a Senjutsu pool of 2,000. Boosts chakra stat by 25%. jutsu are 50% Senjutsu chakra and 50% regular. Falling to 5% or less SP forces the user to fall unconscious. [NOTE: When placed on a person, they are able to use the cursed seal until they gain another limited, at which point it becomes inactive. Only allowing the user to be revived by another Fuuinjutsu master, or allowing the user to use their powers of suggestion through the seal.]
