Description: The user summons a spacial rift above a target that released a rainstorm of tiny raindrops made of jikukan chakra. These droplets can pass through tangible constructs by warping the reality around them to pass through the tangible structures.
Effects: If these droplets pass through something that contains a chakra network they will release their power causing energy within the droplets to surround the chakra network. However this jutsu cannot pass through chakra substances or constructs that have a higher jutsu power or endurance than the jutsu power of the technique. Within the space covered by the energy the time would freeze. In doing so the target loses access to their chakra for a single post. This effect can be nullified if the target uses a jutsu of at least one rank higher to displace the space chakra of the droplets.
