Description: Within the past week, a thief decided to rob store in another major village and got away. You caught word that had been seen with your village within the past day. Your job is to track him down and find him. You will be given an description and a location of where he could be. [400 WC]

Boom. Crash.
"Don't let him get away!"
Noises exploded suddenly within the technology-based village, breaking the once peaceful murmuring sounds of normal life.
Out from the darkened alleyway came the Genin, chasing after a strange cloaked figure who had also exited the alleyway a few seconds before her. He ran, managing to beat the Uchiha in distance by a mere couple of feet. Tsubasa on the other hand, was losing ground on him. No matter how far she ran it was as though this guy was faster than her. She would like to blame it on power difference... But this guy most likely didn't even know jutsu at all, seeing as how he hadn't used any so far in their encounter. More likely? It was their height difference. More specifically, the length of their legs. Tsubasa gritted her teeth, cursing her short height.
To get ahead even more, the man reached over to the side of the road, kicking over boxed creates that had been neatly stacked on the side of the road. It came tumbling down, the wooden crates scattering across the ground. The Uchiha narrowed her eyes, holding her breath and jumping over them in one swift movement. Well she at least had one thing over this guy, basic Shinobi training. There was no way he was going to get away as long as she was on his trail.
Even so, she knew if this kept up this was going to start to become a problem. She could feel herself already start to become worn out. Their previous scuffle before his escape had left her tired and drained. She wasn't in top condition to keep up with this guy let alone face him in battle again. Still, it wouldn't stop her from trying.

Quickly signing the hand sign of the tiger Tsubasa's body vanished in a puff of smoke before reappearing right in front of him, hands on her hips and she stared her stone-cold eyes at him.
The man's eyes widened, halting to a stop when he saw the dark haired girl suddenly appear in front of him. He paused for a second, staring her down as if judging his chances. Figuring it was better to run, he turned around and darted off the other way.

It was a lovely day, the birds were chirping, the breeze was wonderful, there were sounds of a fight breaking out in the middle of town. Wait one of those wasn't a nice thing unless you liked danger and Kira liked danger. Her middle name wasn't dangerous but it would have been cool if it was, instead her middle name was something less cool. Regardless, Kira had to investigate the commotion and find out what exactly was going on. To her surprise, she saw a man dart out of an establishment with what looked like Tsubasa in hot pursuit. Naturally, it would appear she was chasing a criminal to anyone else who knew her, but this is Kira we are talking about she didn't think that at all instead, she thought only one thing...

Tsubasa must have found a boyfriend after all this time.

Naturally, Kira was happy for the girl, young love was such a wonderful thing. it looked like Tsubasa was having difficulty though, so naturally, Kira was there to help her out, what else were friends for? A lot of things but Kira was probably terrible at all of them. Hot in pursuit behind what she believed to be the loving couple Kira was stunned when she turned the corner to see the man running towards her, clearly he was afraid of commitment and Kira wasn't going to have someone weak-willed run away from her friend. The answer was clear, obviously, she would punch him in the face. The poor guy didn't see it coming and fell flat on his back as Kira placed one of her boots on his chest, "Don't worry Tsubasa I punched your boyfriend, he won't escape you that easily!" Normally one would consider the boyfriend comment to be sarcasm, but this is Kira, it wasn't. As Kira had a goofy smile on her face however the man attempted to get Kira off her balance and flee, and Kira was too busy off in lala land to notice...

Tsubasa was about to run after the man again, both mentally and physically preparing herself to bring down the final blow to end all of this... When from out of nowhere Kira kicked the man down in one swift movement, bringing him to the ground.
She stared with shocked dark eyes, unsure of what exactly had just transpired. It took a full moment to process, but when she did, she was... Actually pretty proud of the Kaguya. This take down was by complete coincidence and misunderstanding, but, hey she had managed to catch him, and after thinking he might have outran her too. This was her lucky day it seemed.

Tsubasa approached the white haired girl, who kept the thief safely in check under the weight of her boot.
She stared at the man, making sure he wouldn't be able to escape before looking up at the older woman.
"He's not my..." Pausing, the Uchiha's eyes glimmered with thought. "...I mean, yes, thank you for catching him." He wasn't her boyfriend, not even close really. She had no ties with this man other than being tasked to bring him to justice. But, she was going to allow Kira to think whatever she thought as long as she would help her accomplish the goal the easiest.
It was rare, but a small smile spread across her lips. She bent down to look at the man, hands upon her knees.
"But, i'm afraid my boyfriend has been rather naughty recently, you see he cheated on me and has broken my heart in two. It hurts oh so much. Do you mind helping me bring him to the Johokage for his just punishment?" She smirked slyly to the thief. The man began sweating, struggling even harder under the boot.

Wait, WHAT!? He was cheating on her, and that's why he ran away? Who would dare to cheat on Tsubasa well except for Kira who cheated in some of the games they had played but that was mostly because she didn't understand the rules too well and was an accident. This guy did it on purpose though, and frankly, Kira wasn't going to put up with that. "No one cheats on my friend, you are going to go to jail and by that I mean you are going to jail!" Kira tried to state that in such a way as to intimidate the man but instead he just looked confused at her phrasing it twice, but lost all look of confusion as she proceeded to knock him out with a swift kick to the head and began to drag him off to other authorities. "[b]Don't worry Tsubasa, I got it from here!"

Kira hummed as she brought the man to the mission counter to turn him in, only finding out that the guy was a wanted criminal. Naturally by now, Kira should have figured out that Tsubasa wasn't dating him, but instead, Kira became worried for Tsubasa and would promptly go to lecture her on the fact that she shouldn't date criminals.
