Description: A group of thugs have been terrorizing locals in the village. They're a small group of thugs who have no ninja skills and rather just use brute strength to fight. They shouldn't be a problem for a trained shinobi. Scare the thugs and make them leave the village. [400 WC]

The sun was beginning to set on this calm day in Johohagakure. Oranges and pinks swirled together in the evening sky, low blobs of white slowly drifting to the west along with the setting sun. It was a beautiful sunset, complimented by the tall towers and structures of the village, but not one Tsubasa hadn't seen one thousand times or more already.
The small Uchiha strolled along one of the back allies, a bit more dreariy than the rest of the village, but since it was a quicker way home Tsubasa wasn't really bothered by it.
Both arms were filled by brown bags filled with fresh produce, rare ingredients to create food for her mother. Having a weaker immune system and a failing body her diet was adjusted accordingly to ensure she could fight back against the illness. Of course, Tsubasa knew the food wasn't helping, she only got sicker as the days passed. But, there wasn't exactly anything else they could do about it except hope and pray that even if it didn't seem like it was helping, it was.

Further down the alleyway Tsubasa watched as a man stepped out from one of the buildings, standing in her path. She stared at him with question before stopping a little before him, narrowing her dark eyes. From behind her two more men strolled up, blocking her way out.
Tsubasa glanced over to them before looking back to the man in front.
"What is this?" She asked, her tone harsh.

"What do you think this is? Spill the Ryo." The man snickered, hands in his pockets.

"Hey boss, i think she's an Uchiha. Look at that hair, and her eyes. Shes gotta be stacked." One of the man from behind pointed out.

"Is that so, huh? Then maybe we should take her instead, get a good ransom out of it."

So, they were a ganging looking for money. Tsubasa recalled hearing about a gang recently that was causing trouble, but she didn't think they would be hanging out in a place like this. She had been down this alley many times in her life. Guess she should have figured, though. Lowlife always clung to shady places like this.
"I wouldn't do that if i were you" the Uchiha spoke, keeping her eyes focused on this supposed leader. She shifted her bags slightly, just enough to where they wouldn't notice her reaching into one of her pockets, stroking one of her sharingan. "Even the youngest Uchiha has been known to kill when needed."

"A small pipsqueak like you talking big words? We'll cut you down to size."
Short jokes. It always came down to short jokes. The three men began to creep forward, but Tsubasa would wait until they got close enough. Then, she would strike.

It was getting late in the day and Peperit was beginning to wonder if she should start to head back to the building she currently called home. There weren't too many people there she enjoyed dealing with, and thus the female had wandered around the village and instead wasted time by looking for something to do. It was during this silent walk that she would hear a group of voices that sounded everything but friendly. Following the voices would lead her to a corner that led into a dark alley, and a peak around it would show a girl being harassed by a group of guys that seemed to be trying to either rob her or kidnap her. Which she did not know, but the Genin did know she could not allow it. Not being able to really see who the girl was, just enough to know they were a girl, Peperit would simply sneak up to the group before letting out a strong punch into the back of the head of the farthest back of the group.

"I can't allow you guys to do this. Come peacefully, or be dragged bag unconscious." The female's words sounded as serious as she meant them to be. She had no fear of these guys, they were nothing if they had to gang up like this to deal with the sole person they were trying to mess with.

The punch was a surprise to even her. The three of them all looked towards the source of the threat, seeing one of the thugs now face down upon the ground, unconscious. But Tsubasa didn't stare for long, not even long enough to see who exactly this girl was. Instead she took advantage of this opportunity, pulling her hand out of the pocket and chucking her shuriken towards the leader. The steel shaped star landed dead center in his knee cap, piecing the skin and sticking right in. The man let out a scream, holding onto his leg to try and reduce the pain.
"Next time it'll land between your eyes. Now get out of my sight" the Uchiha demanded coldly, holding up another star threateningly.
The man stared at her angrily, blood oozing from his open wound. He stuttered, like he wanted to say something but couldn't. With a click of his tongue he turned tail and ran down the alleyway, his friend carrying the unconscious grunt on his back right after them.

Tsubasa let out a sigh, readjusting the bags in her arms to hold them up more comfortably. She turned around to see who had come to her rescue, her dark eyes widening in familiarity. It was hard to forget that white hair and tanned skin. This was a team mate of her's. Pepe... Erm... Something. She was still getting used to the names of her team mates, and it didn't help that her's was foreign. It was a little awkward for her to pronounce.
"Thank you for your help, ah-" She gave a bow, but ended up dropping some of the produce from the bags in the process. A bit flustered from having been caught up in the middle of a potential kidnapping just now she placed the bags onto the ground, beginning to pick up the stuff she dropped. "Sorry you had to get caught up in that, i guess i should have taken the common path today..." She didn't want her team mate to think she was irresponsible or something, that would be a horrid first impression to give to someone you were trusting your life with.

The single punch she had done had brought down the one struck, a good thing to be sure, and the distraction provided by the sudden attack would allow the other girl to throw a shuriken into another guy's knee and make him scream in pain. A death threat would be made by the female that had been outnumbered, and then they would run away with friend in tow.

After they were gone, Peperit would turn to the girl she had helped out and slowly realized it was one of the two other girls she had been teamed up with only recently. The girl would thank her for helping but seemed to stumble on her name when going to say it. That was not a surprise, a lot of people just made nicknames to cover the awkward name she had. "It's no problem, Tsubasa. You can call me Peperit, or just Pepper if it's easier to remember." The female would sound very serious, as usual, but would also help pick up the produce before speaking again. "No, all of these paths should be safe for travel. I might pick up a few more patrols eventually to keep it from being like this in the future. I'll see you around, I'm sure. Most likely in a mission." There was no reason anyone should have to stick to the main path, not when they could make sure it was safe on them all. That was for another day, they both needed to get home before it got too late.
