Description: The user channels their chakra through their entire body, gaining a flaming aura around them that is hot to the touch. For as long as the duration lasts if the user is touched physically in any way the attacker will gain full damage for every touch/post they stay in contact. This also allows fire release jutsu a temporary 25% increase in power. Get rid of the temporary power increase.
Effects: Burns opponents that touch the user and powers up fire jutsu. Take out that it powers up fire jutsu.
