Appearance: One of the things that people remember about Izanami is her eccentric appearance, though that can mainly be blamed for her odd choice in hair color. Her hair is naturally long and pink, so she ties it in a pigtail braid, but then the ends are dyed a light green to match her eye color. Her skin is on the paler side of the spectrum, dictating that she doesn't really get much sunlight, while her clothing is on the darker side with a black uniform accompanied by a white kimono. She also has to beauty marks on either cheek just below her eyes.

In the body department, she could be described as voluptuous and thin, though she does have a bit of fat around her stomach and side areas.

Personality: First and foremost, Izanami is incredibly shy, and that is a trait that most people remember about her. She doesn't like to talk to people unless she has to and keeps to herself almost always, but she's not the type of shy person who breaks down whenever spoken to. Actually, most people don't notice that Izanami is shy until after they talk and get to know her, realizing that the lack of talking prior makes her difficult to approach. Once the outer shell is broken, many come to know Izanagi as a caring and selfless person in terms of the individual, though she tends to not care about the masses. Another thing about her is that she's vastly optimistic, so much so that it's a bit off putting. Not only that, but normally traumatic or stressful situations seem to not phase her, as if she experiences those things on a daily basis. Though despite her collected and kind nature, Izanagi is also prone to being irritated, to the point where her threshold is extremely low and she becomes slightly violent.

Some other tidbits about Izanagi are that she often finds herself lost in her own mind, day dreaming becoming a common occurrence in her daily life. In a romantic relationship she can become clingy and obsessive, yearning for affection because she hasn't really experienced anything called love. She is also very much a free spirit, wanting to go where she pleases and doing as she pleases, and thus she naturally fights back against any sort of authority if it isn't her, because at the end of the day even she knows that there has to be some form of order.
History: Like many, Izanami learned early in her lifetime that life wasn't going to be easy, though when you look at what was laid out for her it should have been. She was born into a pretty loving family on the exterior, her mother being from the Hyuga clan and her father an Uzumaki. Born in Shikigakure, Izanami grew up with an interest in medicine and had a sort of aptitude for it, so learning medical related things came easy for her. Her father also happened to be a ninja for the village, and had pushed his daughter into becoming one as well, and it's not like she was opposed to doing it.

Though once one looks deeper into her life, everything mentioned prior seems to just be a facade. In actuality, her mother had abandoned her and her father early on in Izanami's life, so early that Izanami couldn't even tell you what she looked like. Her interest in becoming a ninja wasn't just simply a "push", actually it was forced. Her father ended up being quite abusive, both physically, and once she graduated from the academy, almost sexually. That's where she drew the line however, and killed her father. Just because he was a ninja didn't mean he was immune to surprises, so the only gift he ever received from his daughter was a knife in the throat.

Because she had murdered a ninja of the village, Izanami was branded as a criminal and had no other choice than to run away from her village. The incident had happened years ago, and along the way she had made some allies that had the vision of changing the world and shaping it in a way they saw fit, giving her the title of High Priestess to officiate her membership.
