[Conquest] Hatred's Enemy

Mission 1:

The phosphorescent snow trickled down the sky, landing daintily on Homura's nose. The simple touch of it sent a shiver through Homura's spine, prompting her to wipe her face immediately. Snowfall was annoying. Homura never experienced these types of freezing solid rains back in Johogakure. They brought with them an insufferable chill that made Homura quake with irritation. What was worse? Her nose filled to the brim with snot, giving her a disgusting sickness that she never got in Johogakure.

"Thank buddha. We're almost there." The honk from the horn of the ship was loud. It sounded over the seagulls that flew above their heads. Homura leaned against a rusty metal railing as she looked past the seas they were traversing. Homura could see land. Though instead of lush green grounds and tall green trees, this land had grounds made of milky white ice and trees colored grey. The land of snow had many differences than the land of fire, but at least there was one thing that was the same: the enemies.

"Alright everyone, we're going to go over the mission one last time," Homura said in a nasal voice. She turned her head to look at the group of people who came with her on this trip. "Some villagers are rebelling against this land's daimyo. Our job is to go in and figure out what the problem is. If possible, don't kill the rebels." The stuffed nose made it difficult for Homura to speak. Some of her words barely came out over the sniffles she was forced to make, and others were so hard to pronounce that it sounded like she said gibberish when she spoke. Even still, she gave the information needed. Now, everything would rely on how they responded.

"Do you guys got any questions?"

It was cold, of that... There was no doubt. The most aware individual of the cold, was none other than Rei Uchiha. The uchiha woman was the type who wore as little clothing as possible, more lewd than Tenri... If that was possible. There were two major differences between Tenri and Rei Uchiha though. First and most prominent, was their bust size. While Tenri was a healthy handful, Rei was easily two hands full. A fact that she preferred to remind Tenri of constantly. Second. Tenri was very classy, elegant and very charismatic even if by definition. One could call her a slut. Rei was the exact opposite. She had almost no class and was hardly elegant. Simply crude, lewd and overly flirtatious, no matter the situation. Being life or death... or standing in frnt of someone important like a kage or a daimyo. She bowed to no one, though she respected positions of authority.... to a degree. Without the patient and loving duo of friends- Tenri and Homura, Rei Uchiha would have been a very lonely and odd sort of her to the Uchiha clan. Albeit she was hardly an heir anymore. There was a silent agreement between Homura and Rei. Homura was much more fit to lead the Uchiha clan, than Rei could ever be.

There was change just upon the horizon, metaphorically and physically. The group of shinobi had taken a ship from Johogakure's naval port and were charged with quelling a rebellious village in the land of snow.  Everyone had prepared cold weather clothing for the change in less-agreeable weather.... but Rei was still cold. She had always been the type to wear little to no clothing. Preferred to sleep naked, often not wearing underwear....at all, stuff like that. But this cold was different! She wore warm clothing, black leather with dark red fur on the inside against her body. One of the few times that she would willingly wear clothes that covered up the majority of her body. Leather, so that the cutting wind would not reach through her clothes and sap her strength. Fur to absorb and retain her own body heat.

Tenri had secured the captain's quarters, a perk that Rei had personally taken advantage of. During their long trip, it had stayed warm and cozy- plus there was a bed that she had shared with Tenri, using her close friend as both a groping pillow and a source of heat to keep herself war as they had entered the new colder climate. Even now as the land came into view, Rei had attached herself to her other friend, Homura. She clung to Homura with both arms around her waist, from behind, shivering as if she were attempting to suck the very heat from Homura's body. Should have worn panties... she thought to herself, secretly regretting her usual preferences. Though underwear would hardly satiate the desire for a tru warmth. She couldn't agree more with Tenri. The weather was inhospitable and not to Rei's liking at all. She'd much prefer to set it all on fire and watch it burn to a warm ash. "Then we're just to kill the ring leaders and hope that the rebels surrender peacefully?" she asked, although the answer was obvious. A rhetorical question, but she asked i to silently point out what came after rebellions. Executions. Some of the rebels they would spare in this mission, would be executed anyways. Personally, Rei saw no difference between killing them now or later. It really just came down to whether she could enjoy herself in the process.

Homura leaned against the railing, her shoulders dropped slightly, and a puff of cold air released from her lips in a sigh. This would be torturous. The cold was already getting to her, and they weren't even in the heart of the Land of Snow, yet. Rei's body so close to Homura kept her warm, but that was probably the only reason that Homura was fine with Rei touching her. Though, she had to make sure every-once-in-a-while that Rei didn't touch her inappropriately. At this point, it was like trying to prevent a baby from grabbing at a pair of keys.

As the ship was getting closer to the port, Homura answered Tenri's question. "The daimyo didn't give us much to work with," she said, "Just the name of the village and what they were up to. As far as we know, though, there's probably a mayor of that village that's pulling the strings. Every village has a leader that governs its people. Those people listen to that person without question. We just need to find that person and have a chat with them."

Rei chimed in, speaking of killing with nonchalant voice. Homura moved an index finger up and poked Rei's forehead. She dug her finger in hard so that Rei could feel a bit of pain. "Our goal isn't to kill them," Homura said with a scolding tone of voice to her cousin. "The daimyo wants them alive so they can continue paying taxes. We're going to try diplomacy first. But, if things get worse, we'll settle on murdering the leader, like you said. If the rest of the town tries to fight us, we'll murder them too. Whether through diplomacy or subjugation, we're going to complete this mission."

Just after Homura spoke, she heard the hard patters of footprints as the captain of the ship climbed onto the deck where the group was. The captain was a rather short man who barely reached Tenri and Rei's height. He was cleanly shaven, which was surprising for a sailor who spent most of their time at sea and away from civilization, but had a messy head of black hair. He wore a completely white suit, which showed his prestige as the captain of this ship, but ruined his image further with how dirty and stained it was. The minute the man got onto the deck, his eyes shifted to only one person among the trio. His cheeks rose to a perverted droll as he inched his way closer to Tenri. He adjusted his raggedy suit appropriately to accentuate himself.

"We're nearing the port soon," the captain said. "We'll be dropping you off at the town you asked. It's a little bit off coarse from what we have scheduled, and we might suffer a bit of profit from helping you, but it's been a pleasure to have you aboard." His eyes fell completely from Tenri's eyes to her chest. "So, um... If you don't mind miss, we can spend a little more time getting to know each other? We're already behind, so what's another day or two?"

Homura stood completely back and watched the interaction. She glanced over at Rei, an expression of confusion written on her read-headed face. "Are we just invisible?" she asked Rei.
