Subduing the Beast | /O - Y

The illuminating glow of the hot sun shone down on the Village known as Johogakure, its smouldering touch a warm greeting to the fresh and exotic new day. The echoes of children's laughter filled the streets with joy while the smells of freshly baked bread caressed the noses of any available bodies to witness it's sweet and delicate aromas.

Every day was like this within Johogakure. Under the ruling of Rei, Kaguya, Johogakure had transpired and transformed into a Village worth protecting, the trust and respect its citizens had for their Shinobi was a foreign concept that would not have been possible if not for the interjection of their new Kage. Five years seemed enough to make a tremendous amount of difference, the shadows of their previous Johokages wrongdoings a thing of the past, a distant memory that Johogakure had buried. The Village emanated a newfound aura of peace and prosperity, one that was contagious enough to affect those it came into contact with.

A honeyed giggle bounced from Tenri's lips as each movement caused her voluptuous chest to shake and jiggle, a look of pure joy plastered upon her features. A real smile, one she so rarely displayed out in public. Surrounded by children of varied ages the blonde vixen released another joyous tone of laugher as some of the children poked and prodded her "-But Tenri-chwaaaaan! You promised you'd give me a piggyback ride across the village when I saw you next!!" A high pitched boy would squeal. With a light tap to the boy's forehead, Tenri would allow her smile to reach her eyes "Come now Matsuo you know If I'm at the Village gates it normally means I'm scheduled for a mission - Nope puppy eye, aren't going to work on me - Nope ignoring " the blonde would joke as she turned her head away from the insistent child hiding the smirk upon her lips. "Hmmph. Fine! But next time we're doing two laps across the Village!" The boy would admit in defeat as Tenri instructed him home. Over the course of her Shinobi Career, Tenri had developed a soft spot for children, Matsuo was one such child who the blonde-haired beauty had met when she was fourteen and still a Genin. The two had met when Tenri was tasked with helping out the Local orphanage and from then on Matsuo had managed to run into Tenri whenever he could. As irritating as it was Tenri could not help but feel responsible for the child.  

With the crowd of children dispersed Tenri leaned against the main gate of the village as she awaited the arrival of her comrade. Tenri had yet to meet the fresh Genin that would be accompanying.
