Description: A bijuu has ascended upon your village from the depths of the earth. It has brought a tsuname of sand with it in its wake, buring a portion of the village beanth the tidal wave of sand. Your mission is to save as many villagers as you can and then evacuate them outside of the village before the Bijuu destroys it and kills everyone.

Fear panic discord gripped the streets of Chozogakure. A Giant scorpion had emerged within the sand dunes and had made towards the village.  Neah leaned on to his makeshift crutch as he made his way towards the southern edge of the village gate. He coughed as his stumped hand throbbed in pain and he continued moving towards the village. Screams of panic as people fled there homes Blood dripped slightly from his wrappings as he finally made it to the village gate. His breathing shallow as he crossed into the village. The tailed beast was busy making its way up to the northern gate. This was just not his day at all nothing was going right.

But, he was going to change that yes sir. First things first, however, he hobbled along in through the gate before he was stopped by a guard. I'm sorry but were evacuating people right no... GOOD LORD What happened to you Neah-kun." he cracked a grin and smiled it was a dear childhood friend his name was kujuro as Neah nearly fell face forward into the man's chest and whispered. "lord third tried to assassinate me, he has gone mad from paranoia. get me to the hospital!" He coughed into the man's chest before losing consciousness.

He awoke minutes later as his friend was carrying him to the hospital doorway. He slowly lifted his head as he was set into a chair. "Kujuro, thanks." He sighed as he looked towards a nurse who came running in with a wheelchair. He looked towards her and sighed and held up his severed stump. " Just get this on ice and get me some proper medical equipment I can treat myself. " A few of the nurses chattered as they were busy with patient evacuations as he slowly got up and got into the chair. kujuro looked towards the nurses as he whispered into her ear about him being a medical shinobi.

Neah reached into his pocket and pulled out the remains of his severed hand and placed it on his lap. " While your at it miss Put this on ice for the love of god! might be able to salvage it." The nurse shrieked as he placed his hand upwards and covered her mouth. "Please control yourself this is a hospital." He chuckled and winced as they went over bump and his leg shot searing pain into him.  'I need 5 cc of morphine and some bandages and some plaster alcohol as well from my hand for a cast for my leg.!" The nurse brought him into an operating room.

The nurse helped him out of the chair and onto the table and he would sit down on it and slowly unwrap his severed hand after giving her the hand to and instructing her to put itin the basement freezer with his name on a tag. She hurriedly left and he leaned back onto the table slowly unwrapping his bandaged stump of a left hand. It was cleanly cut. Wind style ninjutsu was no joke. He leaned back for a few moments and stared at it. Rage filled him as he sat in the operating room cursing the third for trying to assassinate him. the nurse came back in wheeling a cart of what he had requested.

He could feel the ground quake with after mild tremors from he gargantuan beasts footsteps. He poured on the alcohol and let out a bloody roar and kicked his good leg against the table as he waved his stump and began to work on the muscles, tendons, arteries, nerves, and veins As he repaired them with absolute precision. He called for various tools from the attending nurse working on them with his dominant hand it wasn't so bad but one-handed still was a challenge. Good thing he was a god in medical ninjutsu. it would have taken hours for any normal shinobi but for him, it took less than that to close off his wound and repair the muscles and tissue and arteries. It would hold for the time being, He gave himself the shot of morphine into his leg and let out a small sigh of relief. He quickly began to wrap his leg up in the plaster for a proper cast.

He growled as it was somewhat difficult but it would be sufficient for the time being. His hand had been rewrapped in clean bandages and he looked towards the nurse. "prepare the hospital for emergency evacuation. I need you and the rest of the staff to start with the critically wounded and those unable to move on there own to the shelters and get me a crutch I'm not done with this fight yet" He reached out and grabbed the wheelchairs hand and pulled it towards him and moved down to sit in it. The nurse nodded her head and left out of the room and for a few moments he sat in the chair his cast drying as he sat back in the chair. Once agian the sound of tremors reverberated in the ground as he sat back. "Don't worry mom I'm coming for you next, but first things first."

He gripped his hand in the chair as the medicine kicked in giving him a great sense of pain relief. letting out a sigh of relief he sighed and closed his eyes as the nurse returned with a pair of crutches neah took them and tosses the old stick onto the floor and began to limp towards the doors of the operating room he needed to start evacuating people. Here he would make his way out to the hallway and go to the nurse's station and give them the instructions to put out an alert to the hospital to start evacuating. patients were to leave a single file out of the hospital in a calm and orderly manner. There he would then escort them out of the village.  He waited outside the hospital and it wouldn't take long as nurses and doctors and medical shinobi came out carrying people on stretchers as he waved his hand to have them follow him. " Come on were evacuating  keep together i can't protect you all in my current condition."

He winced as he finished escorting the first hospital patients to the gate of chozogakure. There they would make there way towards the emergency evacuation site the village had set up in its place. He bit his bottom lip as he began to limp back towards the hospital where he would go to meet up with the next set of patients and shinobi. He waved towards the next group of people with his stump of a hand forgetting he had lost it. It was a most strange and curious situation. It felt as if it were still there but he knew it wasn't. But with the aid of the morphine, there was no pain. He was coherent enough for direction giving and taking and path recognition at least for the layout of the village.

He, however, felt no pain. He was grateful for the great invention of it he looked towards the group and smiled and nodded his head "  Alright people stick together please and be careful of the surrounding area there may be loose debris or a building might collapse." He looked about nervously as he watched as the visage of the beast was slowly coming more into view. he could hear screams in the air as panicked citizens ran past them and were running towards the gate. The smell of smoke fire and death was slowly growing. It brought him back to the memory of when he was sent to subdue the snake creature in the land of snow.

He shook his head and brought himself back into reality. He narrowed his eyes as he looked over his shoulder staring at the giant tailed scorpion beast. He was curious about this beast what could it do how strong was it compared to the serpent tailed beast that was once in the land of snow. He felt a rush of excitement and curiosity drive him as he leads the second group slowly and carefully. He would grit his teeth as suddenly a boulder came flying from where the tailed beast was. It came hurtling like a falling star crashing into the building. The building's structure crackled and the stonework gave way as it collapsed as it fell onto the back of the group. His eyes widened as he groaned and turned about to go and help them. He didn't have his ninjutsu but he would do everything he had in his power to help them. They were his people his villagers his family that could happen to any of them.

The chozokage would pay he would pay dearly. His inadequacy knew no bounds. It was his fault this village was so badly undermined. Their defenses were a joke their village may have been prospering in the economy but everything else was suffering.  no more of this bull shit  He limped over towards the fallen rocks groaning as he dug his crutch into the earth and used it as leverage. He was not going to lose anyone else, not today. Once he was healed he would personally take care of the chozokage himself. He used every single ounce of strength he had in him to push aside the dirt and rubble. he would dig through pushing and curing up dust and dirt.

He heard a gasp as he was digging and continued to dig moving as fast as possible. "don't you fucking die on me in there you hear me!" He growled and pushed up a large boulder revealing one of the doctors was covering a patient with his body. the man winced and groaned as the rock was pushed off. "Oh thank god that your alive." The doctor groaned and fell over onto his side as the patient was unhurt. It was a small boy around the age of tweleve he was protecting. he smiled at the doctor as he offered out his stump of an arm towards the man. " COmeon lean on me im going to get you out of here." The man bowed his head gratefully. Neah would run his hand along his front and press against him checking for broken bones. The man had a few cracked ribs around his front and back but nothing major or was punctured.

He let out a sigh of relief and looked at the doctor. " You did the right thing your a good doctor and a good man." The doctor merely chuckled and gave a grin. "Just following my orders as a doctor to do no harm and help the sick." Neah broke his concentration for a moment and looked at the man and nodded and began to lead the group back with the remaining group he had ordered to move on but had remained. Perhaps fear had taken them or concern, either way, he reunited with them. the doctors and patient followed behind him once again as he carried off the injured doctor on his side the man leaning on him as they soon reached the gate.  "Get to the evacuation point I have to go back follow up with a shinobi at the gate." He looked towards as he signaled for his friend kujuro as he spotted him. the man ran towards him as he pushed the doctor into his arms. " Get them the hell outta here I got more people I need to evacuate." Kujuro outstretched his hand to him but hs merely slapped it to the side with his stump and winced in pain. " Don't argue just go kujuro!" he groaned as he coughed into his shoulder the scent of the earth was strong and his once black clothes now had a coating of brown. His throat was dry but he didn't have time to get a drink. he needed to move on to the next area of the village to help evacuate. Biting his lower lip as he stumbled through some rubble moving on towards the hospital signaling for stragglers to move straight ahead of him and make there way to the gate he would cover them from behind.

As he waved off towards the last of the stragglers he saw he would move on. He would head towards his home district. He needed to get to her he couldn't lose her. She was all he had left of his family. He gripped his crutch hard with his right hand as he moved through the street. people were screaming and people were only helping themselves in this time. It was human nature to persevere one's ownself overall. It was a rare thing when someone was actually selfless and looked out for the sake of others well being it was such a shame,

He narrowed his eyes at a large group of what looked like teens and cracked his fingers as he pointed towards the gate. " Get to the evacuation point immediately this is no time to gawk at the chaos get moving before i make you!" His normally calm and composed personality was off for the time being anger fear guilt raged within him. A bloodlust for vengeance surface upon him to the point where he appeared ready to strike down the next person to piss him off. the teens looked at him as he stared at them long and hard. His heart rate was elevated.

Sweat was slowly forming on his forehead as he looked at them and they turned and faced towards the gate and made their way as a building off in the distance came crashing down. He turned towards the direction of the fallen building and moved towards it. He heard the cry of the large scorpion beast and it sent shivers ofv fear down his back. this thing was pure destruction it cared not for the people it seemed and only was reveling in the chaos. he watched as Anbu flew from the rooftops and jounin follow after them to lend aid.

Things were not going well at all today. He groaned and looked as he saw a half-buried man under the rubbled. His top half was sticking out as he began to limp over to him. "Ughh the things I do for this village. Man, I love being a shinobi!" Civilians were the foundation for this country he would not let any die that he could help save. He bent down towards the man and began to carefully remove stone after stone from the pile over the man. He needed to be careful or he could possibly make the collapsed rubble fall in more on the man.

He did not want that to happen he could greatly injure man or worst he could end up killing him. He wiped his sweat off from his forehead with his good hand. The blazing sun was on him as it bore down on him as he looked at the man. the mand fingers twitched as he slowly tried to move but he held the man down with his free hand. " Don't move sir you have been buried by some rubble but I am slowly digging you out." The man squeezed his hand understanding as he slowly moved his neck to the side and looked at his savior.

"thank you... sir thank you." He looked towards the man on the ground and gave a genuine smile as he returned to working on the rock pile. " Don't worry about it buddy, it's my job and within my nature to help, especially when it comes to my fellow villagers." He smiled happily and got up using the crutch and moved to the other side and began to work on it. Minutes passed what must have felt like hours to him and the man. fear was in their minds as the beast let out another roar. The sounds of explosions ringing in the air more than likely from exploding tags attached to kunai.

Focus neah... focus he muttered to himself as he lost track of himself for a moment from the sound of the explosions. He had a life on the line. He looked towards the man and sighed and pushed aside the rubble and moved towards the man offering out his good arm for the man resting on his bck " Come on buddy you can't say here and ya can't go home with that thing take my upper arm ill try to pull you out." the man beneath the rubble nodded his head as he outstretched his hand and clasped onto neahs arm. He grunted as he pulled the man slowly out on the ground crawling using the crutch for additional support to help pull the man free. He let out a groan as the man screamed in pain and after a few tries and combining their strength he was able to pull him out of the rocks. Neah grunted huffing as he nodded and the man stood slowly his legs shaking but he moved at his full speed and caught the man onto his back and the man wrapped his arms around his neck.

"Let's get the hell out of here, shall we. " The man nodded his head as neah began to move back towards the gate of the village. AThe man would rest upon his back as he gritted his teeth .praying to every deity that his body would hold out and that his mother was still alive and well or had been able to get to safety. He coughed as he reached the gate a chunin shinobi came in and took the man from him. " Get that man to the medics at the evacuation site immediately." The chunin looked towards neah as he looked back to protest. "Get going now that's an order." He growled as he looked towards the tailed beast as it slowly turned its attention turning its massive body and began to move to the eastern district. No...; no-no. god damn, it no. that was where his mother's house was. He groaned as he stumbled and fell to the ground panting. " I'm... not done yet... I have to get... I have to get home." with that his mission, for now, was completed as he began to move towards the eastern side of the village.

Screams were filling the air as the beast slowly moved towards the eastern settlement side of the village.  Tremor after tremor would shake the ground with the beast's steps. He glared at and persevered forward. Fear gripped the back of his mind as his thoughts turned towards his mother. He feared for her safety and her sanity.  She may very well just lay in her room and if the beast attacked the building she wouldn't bother trying to leave. Her sinking depression had declined over the years. He tried everything he could think of but most if not if all his ideas were shot down.

His mother was... well stubborn. Perhaps that's where he got his will to not give up so easily from. he chuckled as he waded through the crowds of people as they crammed the streets trying to flee from the approaching beast.  He was not too happy but his priority for right now was his mother. He pushed through carefully making his way finally home. the streets were silent no lights were on in the home there was a sense of coldness in the air at the emptiness of the homes however except for a single home at the end of the block his own home.

There a light was on like a beacon as he shuffled his way to the end of the street as fast as he could muster. Sweat dripped off his forehead as he made his way down the street. He had been working nonstop on evacuating the villagers. He quickly acende3d the steps as best as he could and unlocked the door and proceeded inwards. His heart was racing as he shuffled in " MOM... MOM are you here answer me!" The house was deadly quiet either she wasn't here or she was passed out drunk. He shook his head disappointed.

"Damn it I don't have time for this hide and seek bs..." He groaned as he proceeded inwards to the house and would first check the kitchen and living room. He sighed as he looked about the kitchen as it was empty and moved onwards to the living room. There was a shrine im Memorium to his father fresh incense had been lit a photograph of his father was in the center. He shook his head as he did not spot his mother in the room either.  he would check her room. more than likely she would be there. he groaned as he climbed up the stairs as he made his way down the hall.

He groaned as he made his way to her room pushing aside bottles strewn about by the door as he turned the door handle and pushed it inwards. There he saw her. His mother on the bed holding her wedding album in her chest tightly she didn't seem to be all there. her eyes were glazed over as he moved towards her his expression hardened as he saw a syringe on the bedside table. His eyhe widened as he took it and gave it a sniff. "morphine... aw Jesus mom.." he groaned as he reached out his hand aas he sat down upon the bed,

He gently caressed the side of her face as he shook his head in disappointment. he glared out at the window as he saw the beast slowly approaching its progress slowly halted by approaching shinobi and the sound of explosions riffled through the air. the house shook from the shockwaves and he quickly grabbed his mother and put her onto his back.  her album tucked into his shirt and pants as he grabbed his crutch and began to slowly carry her down the hallway. the tricky part would be the stairs. He shook his head as he moved down one step at a time.

He winced as the weight of his mother and the wedding album pressed into his gut as he made to grab the guard rail with his severed hand ut then remembered that it was gone. He groaned as he went down step by step the sound of the roaring beast shook the air as he finally made his way down and let out a sigh of relief. "Now for the hard part." he groaned as he  hobbled towards the front door and out into the street.

Pain shot through him though it wasn't as bad thanks to the shot of morphine he had given himself at the hospital. It was more a dull ache at this point. but his muscles were getting a serious workout espoecially in the injured state he was in. He needed to keep moving. Otherwise, incase that beast spotted them they would be more than likely finished. overhead he heard a yell as a shinobi was sent flying overhead and straight into a paneling of house. his body cracked and blood dripped out of his chest.
A large shaped hole was apparent. He could not save that man he was already dead. By the shape of the whole it looked like it was a stinger had impaled him.

He sighed and shook his head and continued to move down the street. His lungs burned and his chest was tight. anxiety crept upon him as he focused solely on straight ahead. he needed to get the hell out of here but with his leg being in the shape it was it would take longer. especially with his drugged mother on his back. He let out a groan and pushed himself and began to move towards the southern gate. It was the only viable option and the only other entrance and exit within chozogakure. He groaned as once again as the book dug into his gut. He was nearly there. He passed the hospital and looked towards a confused group of patients and sighed. "Come with me ill get you out of there quickly."

He sighed as he moved towards the southern gate and saw why they were confused. a building had collapsed on the road and blocked there way. He sighed and shook his head and moved towards it and held his palm out and condensed his chakra into a spere having it rotate within and created his new technique the Rasengan. he growled and drove his Rasengan into the building the ball of chakra rotating violently impacting the rubble sending it scattering to the sides and an opening was made. he panted and continued to move forward telling the others to follow after him. the group of survivors nodded and followed him and that's when he would take them to the gate and have them be taken back to the evacuation site. he had one or two more trips to do then he would be done.

Once again he ventured out into the village. The smell of blood lingered within the air as he limped through the village searching for stragglers. The catastrophe was like the village had never experience. the northern side had been buried in the tidal wave of sand as it created one when it initially appeared. he wondered how many people were trapped beneath the sand ten, hundreds, perhaps even thousands of citizens of chozogakure lost to the sand. He sighed as he turned towards the northern section. The beast was currently busy in the western section rampage now would be his chance.

He licked his lips as he coughed into his shoulder and continued along his way. He would cut down a narrow ally an overturned piping and the smell of what he could only imagine was rooting garbage on fire. He held back his urge to vomit at the intense smell and continued along his way. He was nearly done with these over the neck missions he heard the trickling of water as he moved down the alley and smiled as he looked at the welcomed sight. He moved down watching as a burst water pipe from a collapsed building was spraying out.

He licked his lips greedily as he moved towards it and dunked his head into it and embraced the cold water washing off the grime from when he was in the desert with his good hand. He sighed and then drank deeply from it qunching a long outstanding thirst he had been working himself to the bone with the evacuations. His arm and his body ached and he was physically exhausted. But he could not afford to stop to rest for too long no there were still lives to save and little time to do it all.

He would hydrate himself and wipe his mouth with his forearm on his left hand. he looked about and closed his eyes momentarily listening. He could hear the sound of a child crying in the distance. His eyes shifted his ears twitched next listening. The crackling sound of wood burning was also apparent as well as the sound of the rushing water where he was. he shook his head and slowly opened his eyes back up and narrowed them.  He took a steady calming breath and carried on with moving towards the northern section of the village. his footsteps soon covered by sand.

Most of the village of the northern area was now buried under the sand. He could see great craters what looked like tracks leading off towards the east. His eyes shook in terror momentarily as he looked about shouting. "SOmeone anyone  are you out there  I'm here to help please answer me let me know you're there."  The cold wind of silence filled his ears for a while aghain he repeated his words as he walked about the village. There he saw an outstretched hand within the sand locked in place he slowly reached his hand out and touched it and felt for a pulse.

Sadly however there was none he shook his head and gently caressed the hand and said a silent prayer within his mind and would carry onwards continuing his search for any and all survivors. He felt that his chances were however very low. He at least had his mother but that was being selfish. AHe was sure there were husband's wife's sisters and \grandparents that were perhaps buried beneath the sand. he could not tell however he did not have any sensory capabilities at the moment which frustrated him to no end.

He worried about survivors beneath the sand trapped gasping for air crushed beenath the weight of the sand. He turned his head as he heard a sudden tapping. He looked about and listened to the pattern. It was a definite pattern something old. a distress signal. He bit his lower lip and limped as he patrolled trying to find the source of the sound.  he came upon a half-buried house. He placed his hand on a metal chimney pipe and listened it was the correct location he tapped back in morse code to let them know that he was here and he was coming for them and step back away from the fireplace.  

So he began to look around creating a marker and began to make way and search about the surrounding area. he needed to go and find a way to dig them out of the sand. he did not possess any explosive tags but maybe there would be some anbu or shinobi that fell after the beast had stormed the front gate. So he would sift through the sands carefully with the crutch digging it into the ground carefully pushing it in and when he found solid mass he would dig it out by hand.

He scraped and he dug for what felt like hours trying to find shinobi and then finally he found one. he smiled and dug out the body and began to rifle through the body to find what he was searching for. He smiled as he tossed out kunai and shuriken onto the ground and he let out a triumphant whoop and found a few explosive tags and a rope. he would limp his way back to the marked area and smile as he shouted down the pipe. "Sorry, that took so long you still breathing down there haha?"

He waited and he shook his head as an angry voice replied: "Hurry the fuck up there were going crazy down here." He sighed and shook his head and began to figure out the size and width of the house in comparison to the sand and the chimney poking out. " Ok, you want speedy you got it old man by the way you might wanna cover your ears things are about to get loud." So he placed the first set of explosive tags down and activated it and ran back the sound of sizzling filled the air and then there was an explosion. he looked down and smiled as he made quite an indent into the sand and placed the second one down in the sand hole and ran out and waited for it to go off and then after it went off he heard the sound of coughing and the smoke cleared. "Sorry about that but  Come with me if you want to live!" he then threw the rope down and tied it to a lamp post using his mouth to tie it off at the end. he gave the rope a tug  and nodded his head as a group of civilians came out of the hole and he waved at them in a friendly manner with his stumped arm. "ok everyone we need to get to the southern gate now and evacuate to the southern gate now there another shinobi will evacuate you to our designated rendezvous point." He nodded his head and began to limp off towards the southern gate his mission would be complete after he dropped them off.

This was finally it. He would finally be done after this last run through the village. He was almost to the point of physical exhaustion. Being crippled like this was such a pain in the ass. He really needed to get healed up and see about getting his hand reattached or arrange for a prosthesis to be made. He felt almost powerless at this point in time. However, he had proven he wasn't completely useless so that put a small smile on his face. Despite having his hand cut off he had saved many many lives today including his own mothers.

His mind wandered off towards her. He worried deeply about her. She had gotten worse now she was using morphine he really needed to get her professional help whether she wanted it or not it would be for her own good. He could not have her be a danger to herself let alone raiding his own room looking for her next fix to dull her pain. No that would need to be dealt with promptly however, for now, there was the matter of helping out the village and of course getting rid of the tailed beast which seemed next to impossible.

At least that was on his own it would be impossible. He had already once faced one such beast and he didn't even make a dent in it despite his strongest jutsus. He wiped his forehead off with his forearm on his stumped left and looked out to the village. There was so much destruction and the stench of death was pungent in the air. He bit his lower in anger as he looked out he closed his eyes momentarily tears streamed down his eyes at the sorrow he felt. this once-proud village was now shattered its people filled with fear, sadness. He mourned for those who did not survive the initial tidal wave of sand that the beast had created ut he had hoped the kage had been taken by it that man deserved such a fate to be buried beneath the earth to be forgotten. However, he needed to focus now on the living. they were what mattered now. Most of the village had been evacuated thankfully to his efforts and the other shinobi of the village. However, there would bound to be stragglers left behind to try and possibly loot or had chosen to remain.

Those stubborn fools would be dealt with. He opened his eyes once again and began to limp about heading to the last place he hadn't managed to evacuate. The eastern side of the village. He sighed as he panted as he moved throughout the streets his voice echoing out. " Hello anyone about, I'm Neah Senju I'm here to rescue and survivors and escort them to the gate, please come out i need to evacuate you as soon as possible. I know it's scary right now but I promise you this Chozogakkure WILL survive this we will rebuild and be stronger for it."

Slowly but surely a few people slowly crept there heads out one by one. There was fear apparent on there faces yet there now was something else hope. Something chozogakure was severely lacking in he smiled warmly as he motioned them to come forward. " That's it come on single file now we don't want any stragglers left behind." The people were at first most hesitant but slow crept out from there homes gathering around him. He welcomed them with a warm smile and greeted each and every one of them. There were a total of a dozen people around him. "Alright, everyone I'm going to take you all to the evacuation point so lets all stick together please if were lucky we may go unnoticed by the beast." He ushed therm after him and began to walk towards the southern gate and would lead them out to the evacuation point his missions were now complete.
