Helping out around the Village [P]

Makoto would wake up early in the day seeing that he was now a ninja he had to complete a couple missions to get some security under his belt and some ryo in his pockets. He had seen the listing for a couple mission around the village that needed to be done the day before so he decided it would be in his best interest to go ahead and get started on those. The two had to do with the same place so he thought it would be a good idea to knock those out first. He would throw on his usual; pants, hoodie and sandals, as he exited through the door with an apple. Just like Makoto had planned the market needed help in two different ways and Makoto was completely prepared. Upon arrival the market clerk was waiting for him as they needed help unloading the merchandise that had arrived from another village although Makoto wasn’t completely sure which on it had arrived from. Makoto would start with the fruits as he arranged them in a presentable fashion, almost to the extent that the clerk was wanting to hire him just for that. He then moved onto the vegetables doing them in the same fashion and did that with all the other pieces of shipment. Makoto worked swiftly since he knew the market also had a delivery that they wanted made.


Makoto would finish up in great timing as he assumed the delivery without missing a beat. He would go behind the counter to pick up the box full of vegetables that were due for a customer who lived across the village. Makoto would be swift in his movements through the village as he was fast for his age as he would take a couple shortcuts through the village which seems to have a lot. Throughout him running Makoto was trying to figure out where did the market get its vegetables from, after all Shikigakure was the most prosperous of the 3 villages and the 2nd largest so what would they be needing from other villages. It would take Makoto no time to reach the other side of the village as he made the delivery and even got tipped for his travels. He would then take the box back to the market to return it along with the payment for the vegetables. After a while Makoto had arrived back to return the box before continuing onto his third mission for the day. By this time, it was noon as he would stop by the ramen shop to order some pork ramen for lunch. After a good filling meal Makoto would make his way to more dirty part of the village to clean up trash, his last and final mission.


Picking up trash wasn’t that big of a deal, as Makoto tried to make the most fun out of the situation by trying to see how fast he could pick each piece up but after a while it became tiresome as Makoto began to daydreaming of the days his mission would actually use his skills that he had to offer up for the village. His fighting, his gentle fist, his sound taijutsu that he had worked so hard at, but here he was picking up trash for the village. As he did everything else, the trash was picked up very smoothly although Makoto was very disappointed on the amount and type of trash that people seemed to leave behind. Makoto would take the trash in a very secluded place within the village as he set it on fire and dusted his hands feeling accomplished on a day full of work.
